Either Brett or Gareth came out several times to try to discover source of problem and patiently made several thorough checks on system but it took some time to discover cause. They remained patient, cheerful and persistent and eventually problem was solved.Their customer service is excellent.

Gareth and Brett did a great job installing two new radiators, one of them a large vertical radiator in the living room. They also replaced the valves in some of the existing radiators. Great communication throughout and a very professional service. Will be contacting Ignite in the future to arrange a boiler service. A very happy customer.
