Brett came out as an emergency as my boiler had died. He was professional and very thoughtful. Although the boiler needed replacing he was determined to get it working for me on a temporary basis as I has no heating or hot water. He returned a few days later to replace the boiler and he worked quickly, cleanly and with efficiency. He is a very pleasant young man and I would highly recommend his services.
