Brett was a great help in fixing our broken boiler. Turned up at the time he said and was able to quickly find the fault. He suggested best options to fix and had all the basic parts he needed on the van to make an immediate repair and get us back up and running again. Very good service overall and I would have no hesitation on using him again.

Radiators in my house were not getting hot, I tried bleeding and balancing them but no improvement. I called Ignite and they came the next day and identified the pump was faulty and the water in the system was filthy and causing the problem. Fitted a new pump that day, then came back and power flushed the system and each radiator individually. I realise previous flushes have been pretty ineffective when I saw how Ignite do it. Impressive, quick, good value, and happy customer now with really hot radiators again. Absolutely recommend.

Recommended Ignite when boiler broke. Brett here within 24 hrs, reasonable quote, replaced within week.
