I found Ignite Gas & Heating via my Boiler manufacturers website and called them for availability to look at an on going issue with my system. They managed to book an appointment for the following day which was fantastic at short notice. Brett arrived on time, performed a thorough diagnosis and managed to locate the intermittent fault that was stopping my system turning off. The fault was then quickly fixed with a new part he had on board and I couldn't have asked for more. I had a 'mystery' problem with repeated boiler fails. Either Brett or Gareth came out several times to try to discover source of problem and patiently made several thorough checks on system but it took some time to discover cause. They remained patient, cheerful and persistent and eventually problem was solved.Their customer service is excellent.

Gareth and Brett did a great job installing two new radiators, one of them a large vertical radiator in the living room. They also replaced the valves in some of the existing radiators. Great communication throughout and a very professional service. Will be contacting Ignite in the future to arrange a boiler service. A very happy customer.

I was impressed by Brett’s attention to detail when he carried out the yearly service and safety review of my heating system last year. When the old boiler needed to be replaced, I asked Brett for his advice. He ordered and installed a new cylinder and pump within a week. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable throughout. He tidied and cleaned up when the work was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any heating and gas-related work.
